Maintenance work on the Exchange system is planned for 25 September 2025 from 07:00 to 14:00. During the switchover between active and passive servers, there may be short-term access problems.
Migration of the VoIP servers from 19/08/2025 to 20/08/2025
The migration of the VoIP servers (telephony, voicemail, Cisco Jabber) will take place from 19 August, 4 pm to 20 August, 8 pm. There may be brief interruptions during this period. Afterwards, Jabber can only be used with the latest version.
Due to maintenance work on Viadrina's Nextcloud system (mycloud.europa-uni.de) next Friday (01.08.25), Mycloud is expected to be temporarily unavailable between 15:00 and 21:00.
