Maintenance work and current faults

The migration of the VoIP servers (telephony, voicemail, Cisco Jabber) will take place from 19 August, 4 pm to 20 August, 8 pm. There may be brief interruptions during this period. Afterwards, Jabber can only be used with the latest version.

Maintenance work on the Exchange system is planned for 20 August 2025 from 07:00 to 14:00. During the switchover between active and passive servers, there may be short-term access problems.

Due to maintenance work on Viadrina's Nextcloud system (mycloud.europa-uni.de) next Friday (01.08.25), Mycloud is expected to be temporarily unavailable between 15:00 and 21:00.
