Reports and maintenance work

On Tuesday, 17 March 2026 between 10:00 and 13:00, the Moodle archive system will be put into maintenance mode. During this time, the system will not be available.

On Thursday, 19 March 2026, extensive maintenance work will be carried out on the system. The system will therefore not be available to you from 14:00 to 18:00.

On Thursday, 12 March 2026 between 08:00 and 13:00, the Moodle learning management system will be put into maintenance mode. During this time, the system will not be available.

On Monday, 9 March 2026 between 08:00 and 12:00, the EvaSyS evaluation system and the EvaExam examination platform will be put into maintenance mode. During this time, both systems will not be available.

Due to maintenance work on Viadrina's Nextcloud system (mycloud.europa-uni.de) Friday (06.03.26), Mycloud is expected to be temporarily unavailable between 17:00 and 21:00.

On Tuesday, 10 March 2026 between 14:00 and 16:00, the UniRep learning management system will be put into maintenance mode. The system will not be available during this time.

On February 26, 2026, starting at 2:00 p.m., and on February 27, 2026, starting at 1:30 p.m., there may be outages in the new VDI environment (Windows 11 - vap.europa-uni.de). The old environment (Windows 10 - vdi.europa-uni.de) will not be affected. Please take this into account and use the old environment in case of emergency.

On Wednesday, 18 February 2026, extensive maintenance work will be carried out on the system and a new version of Formcycle will be installed. The system will therefore not be available to you from 07:00 to 12:00.
