IT Service Desk: Hotline now available!
With immediate effect, you can now contact the IT Service Desk not only by email, but also by telephone via our new hotline on extension 5000. We’ll be happy to help with any questions, technical issues or IT-related enquiries.
To make our IT support even more accessible, in addition to the email address , our it-support@europa-uni.de, our IT Service Desk hotline is now also available.
You can reach us by telephone on extension 5000 during the following service hours:
Monday to Thursday
- 09:00 – 11:00
- 1.00 pm – 3.00 pm
Friday
- 9.00 am – 11.00 am
Whether you’re experiencing technical issues, need assistance with IT applications or have general enquiries about our IT services our Service Desk team is happy to assist you during our hotline hours and will provide you with prompt and expert support.
Of course, you can still send us your enquiry at any time by email to it-support@europa-uni.de.
