Efficient recording and transmission: Important information

In the event of technical problems in lecture theatres and seminar rooms, you can contact the service telephone numbers displayed. If you have difficulties with the recording or transmission, Multimedia Support (multimedia-support@europa-uni.de) will be happy to help you.

From the winter semester 2023/24, the recording and transmission of events will be automatic. The technology starts and ends the recording according to the times specified in the application and uploads it directly to the Panopto video management platform.

Procedure for recording and broadcasting events

Recordings and transmissions of events are automatically controlled. Thanks to the built-in technology, the recording starts and ends according to the times specified in the application and is uploaded directly to the Panopto video management platform.

Please notify us of any changes, for example to the times of the recording / transmission or the room, at least one day before the event. Unfortunately, the system cannot track room changes at short notice.

Broadcasts and recordings will only be made from the appropriately equipped rooms: the lecture theatres in the Gräfin-Dönhoff-Building, the Logensaal, the Audimax and the seminar rooms HG 162, HG 217, AM 03, AM 104 and GD 102
