viaCampus
viaCampus is the standardised administration portal for your studies at the European University Viadrina. You can log in with your login (euv12345 without @europa-uni.de) and the current password of your student account.
You can find the following information and services on viaCampus:

Functions of viaCampus
To retrieve and print certificates, first select the tab "My studies" in the navigation bar and then "Student services" Click on "Notifications/certificates" to access your certificates. On the right you will find all kinds of certificates relating to your achievements or language skills and by clicking on "General" you will find your enrolment, Bafög and study progress certificates.
You can download these directly here and then print them out.
To apply to Viadrina, select "Apply/enrol" on viaCampus. You can then create an account on viaCampus and will be guided through the application process.
If you are already enrolled at Viadrina and would like to apply for a different or further study course, use "Study programmes" and then "Study application" in the navigation bar at the top. Here you can add a new application or view applications that have already been submitted.
To change your contact details, select "Service", "Personal settings" and then "Edit contact details" in the navigation bar. Here you can edit your stored data, such as your address or mobile phone number. Make sure you always keep this up to date to avoid problems.
To view your achievements, first select the "My studies" tab in the navigation bar and then "Achievements". Your achievements are listed here, clearly organised. In the "Certificates" section at the bottom, you can download your transcript of records or proof of your language training.
To register and deregister for exams, first select the "My degree programme" tab in the navigation bar and then "Register/deregister for exams". After entering the module name in the "Exam name" field, you can find the exam via "Search". You can now register or deregister for the exam. You will receive a confirmation email once you have successfully registered or deregistered.
To retrieve the payment details of the semester fee, such as: the amount, the recipient account, the subject or whether the payment has already been completed, navigate as follows: First select the "My studies" tab in the navigation bar and then "Student services" Clicking on "Invoices and payments" will take you to the semester fee overview. Here you can see outstanding payments and information on where you need to transfer the money to. You can also view details of past semester contributions.
To find out about courses offered during the semester, use the course catalogues. All courses are clearly listed there. First select the "Study programmes" tab in the navigation bar and then "Show course catalog". At the top, you can change the semester if necessary. Then select your chair and study course to view the courses on offer. By clicking on the respective course, you can see information such as dates, venue and lecturers.
