Password forgotten - problems with login

The same log in data is used for multiple IT services on the Viadrina. The user name and the password aply for the following student services:

  • Access to E-mail accounts
  • Log in at viaCampus (HIS Portal)
  • Log in at LMS Moodle 
  • WLAN access

If you are not able to log in to your account anymore:

  • your password might have expired,
    - the password must be changed periodically, otherwise it will be locked. Please read further information about "expired passwords",
  • you try to log in with the wrong login data.


If you have forgotten your password:

For the security reasons no login data is sent to you over the e-mail. The password will be reset and sent to the Matriculation Office (Immatrikulationsamt):
  • you can retrieve it at the Service-Point on appointment,
  • by way of exception (e.g. semester abroad, job) the new login data can be sent to your home country address by the regular letter.
