Password forgotten - problems with login

The same log in data is used for multiple IT services on the Viadrina. The user name and the password aply for the following student services:

  • Access to E-mail accounts
  • Log in at viaCampus (HIS Portal)
  • Log in at LMS Moodle 
  • WLAN access

If you are not able to log in to your account anymore:

  • your password might have expired - the password must be changed periodically, otherwise it will be locked.
  • you try to log in with the wrong login data.
